How We Handle Your Enquiry
Double opt-in before anything is shared
A pre-qualification or contact form submission is stored but not treated as an active enquiry until you click the confirmation link we email you. If you never click it, nothing is passed to a funding partner. That also means a third party cannot submit your details on your behalf without access to your inbox.
Soft credit pre-qualification
The Pre-Qualify wizard on this site does not run a hard credit inquiry. We collect business and contact details only. A hard inquiry can only occur later, with a licensed funding partner, after you choose to proceed to a formal application with them.
Encrypted transport and bot protection
The whole site is served over HTTPS, so form submissions are encrypted in transit. Both public forms are protected by Cloudflare Turnstile, verified on our server before a submission is accepted, which blocks scripted and automated spam entry.
Restricted internal access
Submissions are stored in a managed database with row-level access rules. The internal enquiry inbox requires a staff sign-in, is not linked from anywhere on the public site, and is reachable only by direct URL by an authorised account.
Disclosed referral relationships
We are an approved referral partner of Axiant Partners and work alongside specialist commercial equipment lenders. We are compensated by funding partners, never by carriers. That relationship is stated on our About page rather than buried in a footnote.
Reporting a security issue
If you believe you have found a vulnerability or a privacy problem with this site, contact us through the contact form and mark the subject as a security report. Please do not test in a way that affects other users' data, and give us a reasonable window to respond before disclosing publicly.

- How long we keep it
- Enquiries are retained while they are active and for our ordinary business record-keeping afterwards. You can ask us to delete yours at any time via the contact form.
- Your choices
- You can withdraw consent, request a copy of what we hold, or request deletion by contacting us. Unconfirmed submissions are never forwarded.

We think a trust page is only useful if it is honest about its limits. We do not hold any industry certification or completed third-party security audit, and we do not claim one. We do not guarantee approval, rates, terms or funding timelines — those belong to the licensed funding partners you are introduced to, and their own privacy and lending terms apply once you engage with them directly.
