TruckLoansAi.com is not a lender, broker, or financial institution and does not make credit decisions. This Privacy Policy explains what information we collect through our pre-qualification wizard and contact form, how we use it, and the choices you have.

When you use our Pre-Qualify wizard, we collect the details needed to match you with a funding partner: your name, business identity (such as EIN or MC number), contact details (email and phone), equipment or asset specifications, revenue range, authority age, and your consent to a soft credit inquiry. When you submit our contact form, we collect your name, email, and the message you provide.

We do not collect full credit reports or Social Security numbers through the public site. Sensitive financial documentation, when required, is exchanged directly with the funding partner you are matched with — not stored on this platform.

We use the information you submit to match your enquiry with funding partners whose lending criteria fit your profile, to respond to your questions, and to send you the confirmation and follow-up messages related to your enquiry.

Every enquiry must be confirmed by email before it is released. When you submit a financing enquiry, we send an auto-responder asking you to confirm the submission was genuinely yours. No lead is shared with a funding partner until you click to confirm. This prevents spam and protects both borrowers and partners from fake submissions.

When a new enquiry or contact message is received and confirmed, an alert is sent to the TruckLoansAi.com ownership team so it can be routed and followed up. These alerts are internal and used only to operate the matching service.

Once your enquiry is confirmed, the details you provided are shared with the funding partner (or partners) whose lending box best matches your profile, for the purpose of evaluating and arranging financing. We do not sell your information to data brokers or marketing list providers.

Pre-qualification uses a soft credit inquiry that does not affect your credit score. A hard credit inquiry may occur only later, with your consent, when you finalize paperwork directly with your funding partner.

We keep your enquiry information for as long as needed to facilitate your financing enquiry and our relationship with funding partners, and afterwards as needed to comply with legal obligations. You may request that we delete your enquiry information at any time (see Your Rights below).

Public visitors to TruckLoansAi.com are not tracked by advertising or third-party analytics cookies. The platform uses minimal session storage necessary for site functionality. Staff sign-in to the internal inbox uses a secure session.

We take reasonable measures to protect the information you submit. Access to internal tools is restricted to authorized staff using role-based controls, and confirmed enquiries are routed to partners through controlled channels rather than open public forms.
