About TruckLoansAi.com

Who we are, how we are paid, what happens to your information, and how our financing guides are researched — stated plainly, in one place.

Approved referral partner

Approved referrer for Axiant Partners, serving carriers in all 50 states, alongside specialist commercial equipment funders.

Soft inquiry, double opt-in

Pre-qualification uses a soft credit pull. Nothing is forwarded to a funding partner until you confirm by email that it was you.

Never a fee to a driver

Carriers are never charged. Funding partners pay a referral fee on their side, and we do not rank partners by what they pay.

Published limits

We are not a lender and make no credit decisions or compliance claims. Every rate and range on this site is an illustration, not an offer.

Who We Are

TruckLoansAi.com is a US-focused technology matching platform for commercial truck finance. We are not a lender, a bank, or a credit union, and we do not make credit decisions. What we do is take a carrier's profile — equipment type, time in authority, monthly revenue, credit situation — and route it to licensed American funding partners whose programs actually fit that profile, so drivers stop wasting hard credit inquiries on lenders who were never going to approve them.

The platform exists because commercial truck lending is opaque in a way consumer lending no longer is. There is no published rate sheet, no standard application, and no easy way for an owner-operator in Laredo or Fargo to know which of two dozen equipment funders will look at a first-year authority with a 590 score. That information gap costs working drivers money every single day, and closing it is the whole point of this site.

We are an approved referral partner of Axiant Partners, a US business financing firm serving all fifty states, and we work alongside specialist commercial equipment lenders in the truck and trailer segment. Referral relationships are disclosed on this page rather than buried, because a matching platform that hides how it is connected to funders is not worth trusting.

How We Are Paid — And Why You Are Not Charged

Drivers and carriers never pay TruckLoansAi.com. There is no application fee, no matching fee, no membership, and no charge to speak with us. When a match results in funding, the funding partner pays a referral fee on their side of the transaction. That is the entire business model.

The obvious question is whether that compensation biases the match, so here is the safeguard we hold ourselves to: we do not rank partners by what they pay. A carrier who fits a startup-authority program gets routed to a startup-authority program even when a higher-paying partner would have taken the file at worse terms. If a deal does not make sense for the driver — a payment their revenue cannot carry, a lease-purchase clause that traps them with one carrier — the right answer is to say so, and we would rather lose the referral than send a driver into it.

We also do not sell your information as a marketing list. Your details go to funding partners relevant to your request, and nowhere else. That distinction matters in this industry, where many lead sites resell the same driver's phone number to a dozen buyers within an hour.

How the Process Actually Works

Step one is pre-qualification through the three-step form on this site. It uses a soft credit inquiry, which does not affect your credit score, and it asks only what an underwriter needs to place you: business name, equipment type, time in authority, monthly revenue, and how to reach you.

Step two is confirmation. Every submission triggers an email asking you to confirm it was really you before anything is forwarded. Until you click that confirmation, your request sits with us and goes nowhere — a double opt-in that protects drivers from having applications submitted in their name.

Step three is matching. We review the profile against current partner programs and route it to the funders most likely to approve it. Step four is the funding partner's own process: they pull their own documents, run their own underwriting, and issue any offer directly to you. Rates, terms, and approval are entirely theirs. Nothing on this website is an offer of credit.

How Our Content Is Researched and Reviewed

Every financing guide on this site is written to a simple standard: numbers we would be comfortable defending to an underwriter, and no claim we cannot support. Rate bands, down payment ranges, term lengths, and approval criteria are drawn from current US commercial equipment lending practice as observed across our partner programs, and they are presented as ranges and illustrations rather than as quotes, because a quote can only come from a funding partner who has seen your file.

We do not publish invented testimonials, fabricated approval statistics, guaranteed-approval language, or compliance claims we do not hold. Where a figure would depend on your specific situation, we say so. Where an industry practice is genuinely risky for a driver — stacked working capital, weekly-debit paper, dealer lease-purchase agreements tied to one carrier's freight — we say that too, even when it costs us a referral.

Guides are reviewed against partner program criteria and market conditions and updated when those change. If you find a figure on this site you believe is wrong or out of date, tell us through the contact page; corrections get made and the page gets restamped.

Your Data and Your Safety

Submissions travel over 256-bit SSL and are stored in an access-controlled database. Both forms on the site are protected by Cloudflare Turnstile and verified server-side before anything is written or sent, which keeps automated spam and scraped submissions out of the pipeline. Only confirmed submissions are ever forwarded to a funding partner.

You can ask us at any time to delete your information, and we will. Full details on retention, sharing, and your rights are in the Privacy Policy; the terms governing use of the platform are in the Terms of Use; and our platform-level security posture is published in the Trust Center linked in the footer of every page.

One last note on safety, aimed squarely at drivers: no legitimate US equipment funder will ask you to wire an advance fee to secure an approval. If anyone contacts you claiming to represent this site and asks for money up front, it is not us. Tell us, and we will help you shut it down.
